I had signed up for a beta test back then, I was surprised how easy it was and the workflow was just so damn perfect. Obviously nobody is gonna come to his house and arrest him, or even sue him or anything like that, but he is a shitbird for saying he was gonna release frequent updates, then not, then releasing the game on Steam, and fucking off forever. It doesn’t matter that people hounded him to release it, that was ultimately his choice, but when you’re accepting money for a game that you claim will be in early access and receive frequent updates, you do have a societal obligation to finish development of that game. He didn’t have to put the game up for sale. I used to agree that Wollay didn’t owe people anymore of a game, but then I realized how much he made. The game also had really cool world generation and interesting locations.Ĭube World was gonna just be more of the same, and instead we got this really weird, really really bad game where you go to a (very small) area, get a tool for traversal, and then when you leave that area it’s gone. He posted updates on Twitter a couple times, but the final product ended up looking nothing like them. /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creesch./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
